Wizkid, the Grammy award-winning Nigerian singer, has put out a lyric video for the remix of ‘Essence’, his collaborative effort with Justin Bieber, the Canadian vocalist.
The less than five-minute lyric video was released without prior announcement on Thursday.

A week ago, Big Wiz, as he’s now fondly called, came through with a surprise remix to his global hit ‘Essence’ featuring Tems, the Nigerian songstress, and the highly-rated Canadian pop singer.
‘Essence’ is the 11th track of ‘Made In Lagos’ (MIL), Wizkid’s fourth studio album, which was released in October 2020.
The track has so far enjoyed widespread acceptance from music lovers and also became the first Nigerian song to crack the Billboard chart.
Barack Obama, the former president of the United States, had listed the hit song among his favourite for 2020.
