DJ Khaled, the American music record executive, has teased a possible collaboration with Burna Boy, the award-winning Nigerian singer.
The 46-year-old took to his Instagram page on Wednesday to share a series of videos of himself and the ‘Last Last’ crooner sitting in a studio during what appears to be a recording session.
“Studio is on, Burna did. @djkhaled x @burnaboygram @wethebestmusic. I’m inspired, I’ll explain later,” Khaled wrote in one of the posts.
In another video, the pair were seen having a meal of lobster together.
Khaled captioned the post: “Bless up @burnaboygram. Tell them to bring the lobsters out! Khaled x Burna Boy.”
Khaled has established himself as a popular name in the global entertainment industry.
The disc jockey and record producer recently put out his 13th studio album titled ‘God Did’.
Aside from music, Khaled also doubles as a writer. His book, ‘The Keys’, has been featured on the New York Times Best Seller list.
Burna Boy, on the other hand, is a Nigerian music heavyweight with a plethora of national and international awards and recognition to his credit.
He was recently honoured with a member of the order of the federal republic (MFR) award by President Muhammadu Buhari.
