A man in Benin City has stirred online reactions after sharing a video that allegedly shows the forested area where iconic singer 2Baba is now living with his new lover, Natasha.
This comes shortly after 2Baba publicly confirmed his divorce from his longtime wife, Annie Idibia. In the wake of the announcement, the singer was seen flaunting Natasha as his new partner.
According to the man in the viral clip, who claims to work in Amagba, Benin, 2Baba abandoned his luxurious Banana Island residence and is now renting a property deep in the forested area of Benin.
He expressed disappointment, saying, “Na here them come hide 2Baba… Person wey dey live for palace for inside Banana Island. In old age they come put am for darkness.”
He further added that he was tempted to “drag 2Baba out” but held back and even offered to help Annie locate him if she was searching.
While 2Baba has yet to respond to the claims, the video has sparked widespread reactions online, with fans divided between sympathy and criticism, as the singer navigates his personal life under the public microscope.
