Today a representative forTravis Scotttold TMZ that they didn’t agree with what Alex Hilliard, the attorney representing Ezra Blount’s family, a victim at the Astroworld Festival stated to TMZ.
This is the despicable, cynical height of hypocrisy. It’s beyond disappointing to see that in a desperate bid to influence potential jurors, plaintiffs’ legal team is criticizing Travis for pausing Monday’s Coney Island show to ensure that fans can have fun safely.”
He went on to add that this actions don’t benefit at all.
“This is exactly the wrong message to send to fans and to artists. And it completely ignores the fact that Travis also stopped his performance at Astroworld three different times.”
Staying on course and continuing to go hard for y’allll is a main driveeee for me

What did Hilliard say about Scott’s actions?
The Blount’s family attorney declared to TMZ that the rappers actions at Coney Island proves that he has known all along that he has control over the entire crowd, adding he knows exactly how to keep the fans safe, something he alledgedly refused to do during the Astroworld Festival.
Travis Scott has denied categorically that notion.
Hilliard went on to add that his clients family member and nine other victims could be alive today if Scott had acted different that day.
If Travis realized his responsibility as an artist goes further than just trying to rile up his crowds, and it reemphasizes the rule of ‘if you see something say something'”, he concluded.
Lawsuits pending
Scott still faces multiple millionare lawsuits after the Astroworld Festival tragedy, with one of them including multiple victims and seeking billions of dollars in payment to restore the damages sustained by the victims and their families.
