Nigerian TikTok sensation Habeeb Hamzat Adelaja, popularly known as Peller, has reportedly acquired a luxurious mansion worth N350 million in Lagos.
During a TikTok live session with influencer Sandra Benede, the 19-year-old live streamer excitedly shared details about his new property, describing it as a spacious high-end residence. He revealed plans to move in by October 2025 but clarified that his wealth is not solely from TikTok earnings.
Addressing speculations, Peller disclosed that several affluent individuals have been sending him large sums of money, often requesting to remain anonymous. He hinted at revealing their identities once his mansion is completed.
The TikTok star further confirmed that the mansion is located in the prestigious Chevron Drive area of Lekki.
