This is Shallipopi’s first release since parting ways with Dapper Music, citing issues of financial transparency, conflict of interest, and an attempt to commit him to a “forever contract.” Now, he’s making moves under his own Plutomania Records Ltd, in partnership with RCA/Sony UK.

‘Laho’ follows his November 2024 single, ‘Order’, featuring rap heavyweight Olamide. The track is one of the lead singles set to drop ahead of his upcoming album, which is rumored to feature American rapper Swae Lee.
