Seyi Shay, the Nigerian singer, has sparked rumours that she is pregnant after she shared a video on social media.
The musician recently took to her TikTok page to share the footage wherein she can be seen flaunting what appeared to be a bulging baby bump.
In the video, she is also seen touching the seemingly growing baby bump tenderly while dancing to a song.
The short clip is also aimed at promoting ‘Big Girl’, her forthcoming album.
“How I feel because my ‘Big Girl’ album is dropping in 2days,” she captioned the video.
It remains unclear if she is indeed pregnant or the clip was just a publicity stunt to promote her new album.
The ‘Pempe’ crooner has established herself as a popular figure in the Nigerian music industry with several hit projects.
In June, she had disclosed that she feel pressured by fans to get married, have babies and share racy photos.
“Yeah, (I feel) pressure to get married; have a boyfriend; have babies. That’s all before the pressure to release a new single sometimes. Crazy right? Pressure to share more butt pictures. But it’s good,” she had said.
“It’s part of it. It’s what keeps me gingered. But I don’t burn myself out; I don’t overdo. I have a lot of videos and I’m always recording. Throughout this whole pandemic, I moved the studio to my house. I don’t just release.”
