Cubana Chief Priest, the nightlife promoter, says men should stay away from polygamy due to its potential negative effects on the family.
In an Instagram post on Thursday, the socialite said polygamy is a “huge problem” that breeds hatred among family members.
The entrepreneur also said men should never number their wives, adding that doing such is painful.
“Polygamy is dangerous, it’s a huge problem that ends up destroying an entire generation with the hate, competition & jealousy that comes with it. You can number houses, businesses, cars, jewelries, side chicks etc… but please never you number wives,” he wrote.
“It’s so painful & hurting. Do unto others what you want them to do unto you. Don’t bring war to your own home. Home should be a place of absolute peace. Polygamy is war !!!
His comment comes amid the controversy trailing Yul Edochie’s second marriage.
Edochie stunned many of his followers on Wednesday when he unveiled Judy Muoghalu as his second wife as well as their baby.
The development has continued to stir discussions on social media, with many Nigerians expressing their mixed views.
Victoria Inyama, the Nollywood actress, had earlier expressed her disappointment over Edochie’s second marriage.
“This hurts, I’m deeply hurt and embarrassed,” she had said.
