However, the midfielder will not be leaving empty-handed as he’ll collect one final payment.

According to information published by the Daily Mail, Pogba will receive a ‘loyalty bonus’ of 3.78 million pounds, a total of 4.43m euros, from the club.

It is due to a clause included in the contract with which the Red Devils secured the return of the French player in 2016. At the time he was at Juventus, having joined the Italian side from United in 2012.

Pogba is now bidding farewell to Old Trafford after a season marred by injuries, with the 29-year-old making just 27 appearances.

The Frenchman will most likely move to Italy in the summer transfer window, with Juventus touted as the midfielder’s destination.

Negotiations between the player and club have already started according to some media reports, and his supposed arrival at La Vecchia Signora is at an advanced stage.
