The 2022 Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards (AMVCA) united entertainers and media personalities alike.
This year’s eight-day schedule of activities ended with an award night on Saturday.
Attendees adorned themselves in jaw-dropping outfits.
Adesua Etomi-Wellington, the actress, had announced the nominees for the 8th AMVCA with Daniel Etim-Effiong, the film director, via a live stream on March 19.
Among the entries that made the nominees list were the on-screen performances, directorial turns, set design choices, song selections, and styling executions that seized the filmmaking community’s attention for the season.
This year’s edition of the award captures 33 categories, including the new ‘Best Online Social Content Creator’.
