Seyi Law, the stand-up comedian, has been appointed as the senior special assistant on entertainment and tourism to Lucky Aiyedatiwa, Ondo governor.
In a statement via his Instagram page on Monday, the comedian described the appointment as “a recognition of my contributions to the entertainment industry”.
He also appreciated Aiyedatiwa for the opportunity while promising to serve the state diligently.
I am deeply honored and grateful for the opportunity to serve as the senior special assistant to the Ondo state governor on entertainment and tourism, the statement reads.
This appointment is not only a recognition of my contributions to the entertainment industry but also a testament to the trust and confidence that his excellency, the governor has placed in me.
