In a press release shared on his social media page, Nasboi and his label, Eminent Music, clarified that his involvement with CREAM Platform is solely in an ambassadorial capacity and does not affect his existing contract.

The statement emphasized that Nasboi has been signed to Eminent Music since February 2023, with his music being distributed globally by ONErpm. The label also highlighted his achievements under their management, including the release of his hit-filled EP ‘INIT’, a sold-out concert in December 2024, and a Next Rated nomination at the 17th Headies Awards.

Nasboi, who gained fame through viral hits like ‘Umbrella’ featuring Wande Coal and ‘Could This Be Love’ featuring Chike, will compete for the prestigious Next Rated award against OdumoduBlvck, Shallipopi, and Ayo Maff.

Fans and media outlets are urged to disregard any misleading reports and recognize that Nasboi remains contractually tied to Eminent Music and ONErpm.
