Carvalho has played a key role in Fulham‘s promotion to the Premier League this season, scoring 10 goals and registering eight assists in 36 appearances as his side won the Championship title.
He made four Premier League appearances for Fulham in the 2020/21 season, with his first goal in the English top flight coming against Southampton in May 2021.
Under-21 international
Carvalho made his debut for the Portugal under 21 side in March 2022, having previously represented England at youth level.
He came up through the ranks in Fulham‘s academy, and he made 44 appearances for the west London club.
