The ‘Yeba’ crooner had earlier taken to his Twitter page to reflect on happenings in the country’s music industry.

In the post, he had claimed that the industry operates like a cabal, saying those that don’t belong are usually sidelined.

“Be calm and locate sense, for this is not an industry, it’s a cabal, who no belong will be long. I be Barnabas, I do it for the passion/love and I’m f**king great at it,” he had written.

But the tweet did not sit well with some of his colleagues in the industry.

In his reaction, Jaywon called out Kizz Daniel over his claim, adding that he should not expect to get what he cannot give.

Jaywon also said that the music industry is not just about talent and packaging.

“Well the industry is not just about talent alone or packaging. No be every time packaging dey work. Love and respect, love and respect people and you will be loved and respected too,” he wrote.

“You no fit get wetin you no dey give boy!!!! Las last everybody go dey okay!! If you haven’t done 10 years in this game. Keep shut when men dey talk!!! cabal ko kabba nii…you get what you give. So, enjoy it as e don reach your domot now.”

Similarly, Ehizojie Okoeguale, the media personality better known as Ehiz, tackled the ‘Woju’ singer over his claim.

Ehiz said Kizz Daniel should rather focus on addressing his problem since “no one regards him.”

“You talking about Cabal? You!!!!! No one regards you ni**a so free that Cabal talk … you the headache to your own problem. No be only cabal na 57,” he wrote in a mixture of English and English.
