A Hart learned lesson: don’t challenge an NFL athlete
The 44-year-old, who is also a very successful businessman and entrepreneur recently discovered that sometimes, overestimating your athletic abilities can lead to unexpected consequences.

Hart revealed in a funny video that in an attempt to prove himself, he decided to race against former Patriots running back and Super Bowl champ Stevan Ridley. The outcome? Let’s just say it didn’t go according to plan.

Hart’s ill-fated race resulted in a painful lesson in humility as the comedian ended up tearing his lower abdomen and adductor muscles during the 40 yard dash.

Hart: One of the dumbest things I’ve ever done
Hart’s post garnered plenty of attention from his famous friends, many of whom came to the same conclusion: challenging a professional athlete, especially a former NFL player, was probably not the best idea. They flooded the comment section of his Instagram post with humorous remarks and well-wishes for his recovery.

Despite the pain and injury, Hart maintained his sense of humor. He openly admitted that attempting the race was “one of the dumbest things” he’s done in his 44 years on this planet. His laughter and ability to find humor in the situation showed that he isn’t overly concerned about his torn muscles.

This incident isn’t Hart’s first encounter with physical setbacks. In 2019, he faced a near-fatal car crash that resulted in serious back issues. Despite these challenges, Hart’s resilience and ability to find humor in adversity continue to shine through.
