During cross-examination, Johnny Depp was confronted with a text message he sent to his then-talent agent Christian Carinno in which he threatened to sever Elon Musk’s manhood.
“Let’s see if mollusk has a pair,” Depp wrote in the very explicit and vulgar Aug. 15, 2016, text message, referring to Musk by his nickname. “Come see me face to face…I’ll show him things he’s never seen before… Like, the other side of his d— when I slice it off.”

Amber Heard began dating Musk after her divorce from Depp in May 2016. Depp has accused Heard of having an affair with Tesla CEO Elon Musk during their marriage.
In the message shown to jurors, Johnny Depp used shocking language to describe Heard, including calling her a “gold digging, low level, dime a dozen, mushy, pointless, dangling overused flappy fish market.”
“I can only hope karma kicks in and takes the gift of breath away from her,” he added. Depp admitted he wrote the message and that it was “horrific.”

While Depp’s testimony appeared rambling at times, he pulled it together to call Heard’s claims of violence “outlandish, insane, ludicrous, savage, cruel,” and “all false.”
He also claimed that Heard’s claims that he assaulted his ex-girlfriend, supermodel Kate Moss, were “all in her head,” and that he assisted her in landing the role in Aquaman.
He also claimed that Heard had planted a “shiner” on him while traveling on the Orient Express luxury train in Thailand.

Depp had already faced lengthy cross-examination from both sides in the trial at the Fairfax County Courthouse in Virginia, near Washington, DC.
Heard’s team said they might call him back to the stand, but they decided not to. However, Depp’s lawyers decided to bring him back to refute some of the claims made by witnesses since he first testified.
