The fact that Jay-Z and Jeff Bezos went out to dinner on Monday night in Los Angeles and engaged in a two-hour meal suggests that their cooperation to purchase the Washington Commanders is moving forward at full speed.
Just a few days after it was made public that they both shared an interest in making an offer for Daniel Snyder’s Commanders, the pair headed to Horses along the Sunset Strip at around 7:30 p.m. Even though Mondays are closed for business, the proprietor let them in.
Bezos remained at the table until after 9:30 p.m., according to TMZ Sports, while Jay didn’t get up until well beyond midnight.
Jeff Bezos & Jay Z had a private meeting last night in L.A. to talk about a Washington Commanders partnership — had dinner together at a restaurant that opened just for them. Lasted over 2 hours. Security like the president was inside. #NFL pic.twitter.com/dmygedeyHw

Jay wore a beanie and a hoodie, while Bezos was wearing a laid-back polo as they both arrived and left the eatery. JB was accompanied by Lauren Sanchez, and HOV and Corey Gamble both seemed to be present.
Is the buy of the Washington Commanders moving forward?
Almost soon after Snyder made public last week that he had engaged Bank of America to investigate the possibility of selling his team, Bezos and Jay-Z expressed interest.
Snyder is asking for more over $7 billion for the organization, which is very inexpensive for the two titans.
Sanchez gave her fans a hint on Monday just before supper by uploading a picture with the remark, “Are you ready for some…”
