Victoria Beckham turned 48 on Sunday and she thanked everyone for their kind messages on Instagram. Her husband David Beckham took a risk, though, by sending her a personalised card with a picture of her passed out in the bathroom, curled around a toilet.
Victoria revealed this card in an Instagram story and confirmed that it was her husband who had sent it to her.
“Sleepover with the toilet! Yes this is me!,” she wrote.
“I love my birthday card, David Beckham.”
