Chelsea and Tottenham are battling over the signature of Porto forward Luis Fernando Diaz.
The Colombian has impressed in Portugal since joining in 2019 from Junior for seven million euros, scoring 14 times in 62 games.

As a result of his good displays for Porto, the Portuguese giants would be looking to bring in around 35m euros for the 23-year-old.

Chelsea have just signed Romelu Lukaku for 115m euros while Tottenham are still battling to keep Harry Kane, meaning that the latter are more likely to show urgency in any move for the Diaz.
