Beyoncé is taking her haircare brand, Cécred, to new heights! Celebrating its first anniversary, the pop icon announced that Cécred will be hitting Ulta Beauty shelves nationwide starting April 6.
Revealing the news on Instagram, Beyoncé set the moment to Feeling Myself, her 2014 collaboration with Nicki Minaj. In the clip, she playfully recreated her iconic line, “World, stop… Carry on,” while getting her hair and makeup touched up.
Ulta Beauty will stock Cécred’s launch collection, which includes a clarifying shampoo, scalp scrub, moisturizing deep conditioner, and essential styling tools like a vented paddle brush, parting tail comb, and wide-tooth comb.
Speaking with WWD, Beyoncé emphasized that Cécred is an “inclusive force of excellence,” pushing back against the misconception that Black founders can only create products for textured hair. She highlighted that all hair—whether coily, kinky, wavy, or straight—shares more in common than people think.
“Our historic partnership with Ulta Beauty represents a meaningful milestone in our journey of getting Cécred in the aisles and salons nationwide for everyone to experience,” Beyoncé stated.
Cécred now joins the ranks of other Black-owned celebrity beauty brands at Ulta
