When did Ben Affleck bought his mansion?
Affleck bought the 7-bedroom house back in 2018 for $19.25 million, so around a 50% profit for the sale is expected to land in his bank account.
The home has 13,500 square feet of living space, and it also includes 9 bathrooms, a huge pool with a slide and even a private spa.

Why is Ben Affleck selling his mansion?
It’s been speculated in the last few months that Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck moved in together to a mansion previously owned by billionare James Packer, Mariah Carey’s ex, and many think this is the reason for Affleck’s sale.
TMZ reported that the couple is leasing the house currently, and even though there isn’t an official asking price, Packer bought the property several years ago for $60 million dollars.
