Atalanta are set to cash in on Premier League interest this summer, with star duo Ederson and Ademola Lookman attracting serious attention from English clubs.
According to Il Giorno, newly appointed Director of Global Development John Murtough—formerly of Manchester United will lead the charge to maximise fees for the high-profile pair.
Lookman, who finished 14th in the 2023 Ballon d’Or and played a key role in Atalanta’s Europa League triumph, is on Liverpool’s radar. The winger has Premier League experience with Everton, Fulham, and Leicester City.
Meanwhile, midfield enforcer Ederson, widely considered one of Serie A’s top holding midfielders, is reportedly being tracked by Manchester United and Manchester City.
Atalanta have a track record of profiting from English interest previously offloading Amad Diallo, Rasmus Hojlund, Cristian Romero, and Timothy Castagne to Premier League clubs.
With Champions League qualification still up for grabs but the Serie A title out of reach, the club could be set for another major windfall from England’s elite.
