Amber Rose on how she tells her son about her Onlyfans: ‘Mommy has to make money’

One of the most fround upon professions in human history is sex work, today’s most judged is being an Onlyfans model. Conservatives always judge men or women who work on that platform to make money. They also must feel a little envy when they know the amount of money Onlyfans models get paid. One of the most successful models on the platform is Amber Rose, who was just in an interview on the ‘High Low with EmRata’ podcast with model Emily Ratajkowski. The host expressed her concern over talking to her son about her nudity in work as a model.

Amber Rose was quick to respond, she has a lot of experience in this as her son was bullied over her work as an Onlyfans model. Rosa has 9-year-old Sebastian, whom she had with rapper Whiz Khalifa. Rose also has 3-year-old Slash Electric Alexander Edwards, whom she has with ex Alexander AE Edwards. But her talk with young Slash can wait a little longer. Amber Rose also told Emily Ratajkowski she no longer wants to be with anyone or have sex. But the most interesting part was when they discussed having ‘The Talk’ with her eldest son.

Amber Rose’s parenting approach

This is what Rose told Ratajkowski: “Don’t be scared. These kids, if they don’t learn from you, they’re going to learn from TikTok and Instagram. You’re famous. Your son, by the time he’s 5, he’s going to start Googling you and seeing everything. If you don’t have those conversations. Somebody told my son, ‘Your mom is on OnlyFans‘. And I was during the pandemic. I had to work. I had a whole conversation with him about it. I also said that, whoever told him that, their parents are ignorant. Obviously he got it from his parents … I just explained everything to him.

“Like, when it comes to women, you have to let women do what they need to do to support their families. You want to go to a nice school? Six FlagsUniversal? Travel? Mommy has to make money. And he knows that I was a stripper years ago. I feel like I desensitized – instead of him finding out when he’s 20. Ultimately, in the grand scheme of things, when my son is 20, 30 years old, he’s not gonna be like, ‘Mom I hate you because you were a stripper before I was born.’ It’s just the dumbest s—. I don’t understand how people think it’s a big deal.”
